Lylux Project: The Palm Tower

The Palm Tower is a 5-star luxury residential tower situated at the heart of the Palm Jumeirah, with a stunning 360^o view, it overlooks the entire archipelago.

Our contribution to the 52-storey world-class residential complex involved a slightly more protracted submission period due to some altering specification changes. Taking nearly 3 months, the technical and sample submissions were eventually all approved, allowing us to complete the supply of all architectural lighting for 432 rooms and corridors across 28 floors.

Our own-brand of LYLUX downlights and LED strips can be seen in all 1/2/3-bedroom apartment interiors and interior corridors.

The opportunity to carry out the installation had been open to us as well, but we declined as we only became involved in the project towards the latter stages.
