Lylux Project: Beeah Group Headquaters

Our collaboration at the Beeah headquarters building with Al-Futtaim proved to be one of our more complex and challenging involvements in a project.

The original lighting specification for this project was provided to Al-Futtaim by another lighting consultant. However, the majority of the products proposed and supplied were not to the specification requested by Al-Futtaim, resulting in a high proportion of product malfunctions.

Introduced to the project by Matthews Southwest (MSW) at a very late stage, we were tasked with providing a value-engineering option for the Neon LED strips for both the higher and lower levels of the exterior, perimeter, and main buildings interstices. Our LED Neon Flex was also used for outfitting all the stairwells. All sizes were customized for both types of LED Neon Flex.

Multiple other areas were also fitted out using our own-brand LYLUX luminaires, including the offices, back of house areas and more LED Neon Flex to illuminate the building’s interior ceilings.

We’re pleased to have been part of this collaboration with MSW and Al-Futtaim, and to have successfully undertaken this challenge by meeting their required specification, stringent budget and short deadline.

Our only regret is having not been introduced to the project sooner, as we would have been more than eager to take on the entire project!
