We are a small group of talented lighting professionals dedicated to creating the leading turnkey lighting solutions provider within the GCC. Our team holds over 150 years of lighting industry experience between our 19 members. Adhering to our engineering values, each member of our design and engineering team holds a degree in the engineering field, you would be hard pressed to find your projects in safer hands. The breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise in our team places us in the perfect position to deliver to you the most hassle-free project experience.
LE TRAN
CEO & Founder
Le began his career as a lighting professional some 23 years ago in the UK. Always driven and dedicated to his career, he became the technical director of a globally renowned electronics company; but when his ambitions outgrew his role, he took the first steps in his journey to creating Lylux.
From the humble beginnings of Lylux’s workshop situated in his home dining room, Le has been relentlessly driven to growing Lylux to what it is today. He has always had a clear vision for the future of Lylux and is fully devoted to realising it, with the help and dedication of the entire Lylux Family.
MATTHEW DODD
Operations Director
Matthew is one of our most knowledgeable and experienced team members with over 14 years experience as a lighting professional specialising in lighting control systems.
His familiarity the industry’s operating standards and his broad network of clientele allow him to manage and develop the streamlining of our departments, whilst also contributing towards continued business development.
KIRAN THAZHAMON

Kiran is a dynamic executive leader in the Middle East with a proven track record in program management, leadership, business development, and operational excellence. Recognized as an industry up-and-comer, his expertise includes strategic planning, team building, financial analysis, and managing senior stakeholder relationships. His high-impact approach is gaining global acknowledgment across industries, showcasing his exceptional capability to navigate complex projects under challenging circumstances and tight deadlines. Kiran’s achievements stand as a testament to his outstanding aptitude and potential.
SIVAKUMAR NATARAJAN
Key Account Project Manager
Our newest addition to our dynamic and dedicated account management team. With a wealth of experience in the lighting industry for 18 years, he will bring a fresh perspective and a proven track record of fostering strong client relationships. Known for his exceptional communication skills and strategic approach, Siva is poised to contribute significantly to our clients’ success. We are confident that he will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
ASHWIN SEBASTIAN
Key Accounts Manager
Ashwin is one of our most recent additions to the Lylux family. A business development professional in the lighting industry for nearly 8 years, he has honed his ability to understand a client’s requirements and expectations, and has a keen understanding towards facilitating solutions to help you achieve them.
As our Key Accounts Manager, he is focused towards the continued growth of opportunities with many of our key clients in the UAE and the broadening of our reach towards new and promising horizons.

Senior Lighting Designer
Ereny is our most experienced Lighting Design Engineer, strong both technically and creatively. She dedicates her time to our more sophisticated projects requiring a more creative and innovative approach.
MUHAMMED SHUHAIB
Senior Lighting Designer
Shuhaib is sharp-minded and proactive. He has a good working knowledge of the local supplier networks and is always able to create designs on a tight schedule without straying from specification or design intent.
His activity within the lighting professional community has also aided in the development of our design department.

Sarun is one of our newer Lighting Design Engineers. He is focused and efficient, becoming a valued part of the team and contributing to many of our commercial and F&B projects.

Mahamadou is our lead lighting control engineer. He is part of our family to facilitate the delivery of excellence in all our lighting control projects. Furthermore, he is involved the continual R&D of future products and the development and growth of our lighting control department.

Our team of electrical engineers consist of Rey, James and Arnold. Rey and Arnold have been with Lylux since the founding of Lylux UAE, with James joining more recently in 2021. Accredited in electrical engineering and with 40 years of combined electrical experience; they are exceptionally proficient at faultless, swift and safe installations under diverse conditions and sites. Proficient at communicating technically with you, our team is always ready to meet and consult with you to arrange site readiness, lead and manage subcontract partners during installations, and continually drive projects to meet your deadlines.

Marketing & HR Generalist
Andrew is our HR Manager and is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within Lylux. Furthermore, he plays a crucial role in creating a positive and productive organisational culture, while ensuring human resources practices are strategically aligned with our overall goals and objectives.
ANGELA ALISA
Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Angela fulfills a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our business. Her organized nature and broad range of experience lends well to the management and coordination of our internal operations.
Although she already performs a multi-faceted role that demands knowledge from multiple disciplines, with the help of Lylux, she is still keen in continuing her professional development even further.
QUANG VU XUAN
Marketing Manager
Quang Vu plays a pivotal role in our company, spearheading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to bolster the promotion of the Lylux’s products and services. He also plays a key role in digital marketing endeavors, public relations activities, and analytics-driven decision-making, contributing significantly to brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Collaboration with the sales team and adept event management further in achieving organizational marketing objectives.

Procurement & Logistics Specialist
Abigail has taken up our lead procurement and logistics role. Adaptable, focused and upbeat, yet unafraid of being assertive with her demands, she ensures that our collaboration with our manufacturers and logistics partners run like clockwork.
Abigail has proven to be an integral part in helping us deliver our services to you on-time and within budget.
HIBA NASRIN
Accountant
Hiba comes to us with a rich tapestry of experiences and a genuine passion for navigating the intricate world of finance. With a strong background in finance with a certificate of Management Accountant and post graduated in Master of Commerce, she will bring valuable expertise to our organization.
It’s not just about the numbers for Hiba, she also embraces the collaborative spirit that helps define the Lylux culture. She is not only skilled in the nuances of accounting but also dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic work.
MOHAMMAD ‘KHAN’ RIFAQ
Public Relations Officer & Logistics Support
Khan first joined Lylux as a light vehicle driver and supported our local logistics operations. His eagerness to learn and expand his horizons has driven him to becoming our in-house Public Relations Officer.

Handyman
Ohid joined Lylux in the expectation of being an office helper. However, unbeknownst to us at the time, this diligent and hard-work fellow had an extensive knowledge of small scale construction and carpentry. He now serves as our in-house tradesman.
